Hopefully it will be a bit cooler.”Max & Michelle Plattner
“Great experience! Rooms were clean, staff is very personable and welcoming. Apparently these folks are new owners and they really went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Got to love a business that works hard to keep your business. The place has old school charm and the staff really contribute to that in a positive way. Highly recommended.”Daniel Oden
“Fully restored historic building on Main Street. Nice, clean rooms with great service! Close to a great store, restaurants, a brewery, and the marina. Would definitely stay again and spend some more time in Cathlamet.”Brian & Dianna H.
“What a lovely establishment. The rooms are clean, caff is stocked with continental+, the staff is soooo friendly and we can’t say enough about the cozy inn-like atmosphere. The floors and beds are squeaky… it’s a part of this charming old hotel. If you don’t understand squeaky floors in a hotel over a century old on the wharf, keep driving….”Carla Asquith
“Vintage-style hotel with great breakfast. We stayed in room 212, which we were delighted to discover looked out over the neighbor’s large front-yard koi pond with huge colorful fish. Check-in was easy and fast, and the staff was very friendly. Our room had a comfortable queen bed, a couple of chairs, and a separate sitting area with a futon couch and a desk (which worked well for playing board games in the evening). This is an old, charming building, so if you’ve never stayed in one, don’t expect it to look like a new chain hotel. The hallway floor does creak, but everything is clean and comfortable. They have a good selection of self-serve breakfast items and they leave snacks out as well. They have a common area with seats and bookshelves, and they have a breakfast area and library area with games and videos to borrow. We enjoyed our stay and would do so again.”Vegan Roadrunner
“A charming spot along the Columbia River. I really like staying here. I’ve been twice now, and I think it’s something special. Honestly, the first time I stayed here, it was because it was along my way and inexpensive. I was quickly charmed, and on my next visit to the area, it was a first choice destination. It’s very comfortable, and there are lots of quality extras. the owners really care about you. There is a good brewery a few blocks away, as well as a store with good meats and seafood, that can be cooked at the hotel. I look forward to staying there again!”mx3130, Shelton Washington
“Absolutely charming, clean and cozy place to stay! Located in the heart of Cathlamet, minutes away from the beautiful Colombia River, walking distance from a well equipped mid-sized store. The family that runs the hotel had done a beautiful job making this traditional building look modern and update. My family and I had a fantastic time here we will definitely come back.
BONUS!! the continental breakfast is open to customers 24/7!”
We'd love to hear about your stay!
