Wheelchair Accessible

adaOur entire hotel is ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible… including providing a ramp from parking and elevator to all levels.  Handicap space in front. Off-street parking available in the back.

Heating:

The Hotel has a central heating system and rooms do not have their own thermostats. Small portable heaters are available if needed.  There is also a central air conditioning system for warmer summer months. All rooms are equipped with small fans.

Respect:

For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, we observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.   Management reserves the right to remove any guest that is causing damage to the hotel or being disruptive to the hotel environment.  No refund for the length of stay will be given under these circumstances.

Wi-fi:

The hotel has free wi-fi accessible throughout the hotel. There are no in-room phones.

Maid Service:

There is no daily maid service.  Between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. used towels are replaced.

No Smoking:

The Hotel is a non-smoking facility. This includes incense, scented wax, and candles.  If you smoke in your room, the air system will pull it into every other room. This means you CANNOT smoke in your room and you CANNOT hide it with scented candles, wax, smudges or incense. ‘No smoking’ means please don’t light/warm anything while in the hotel!  Smokers will be charged a $250 fee plus cleaning costs.

Payment policy:

Credit card guarantee required for booking.  Your credit card will be charged for the full amount within 24 hours of your arrival.  All major credit cards accepted.

Cancellation policy:

24-hour cancellation fee applies for all reservations. One night room + tax penalty will be applied to your credit card if canceled within 24 hours of arrival date.
